Org & Culture

• Developed & stewarded the “Herb Garden”, our psychological safety & mental health working group, providing confidential 1-on-1 peer support sessions, running workshops like Active Listening & Non-Judgemental Questions, coordinating & mentoring other Herbalists, supporting new hires, and crafting a DEI-focused workplace satisfaction survey.
• Helped the company grow from 15 to 30 by conducting technical interviews, creating onboarding workflows, and coordinating mentorship & team assignments

Project Delivery

• Worked closely with design teams (both internal & external), improving collaboration workflows from the wireframe phase through final QA. This included finding alignment between technical and design strategies, coordinating on design systems & content schemas, creating high-level estimates and implementation blueprints, and enforcing design document best practices.
• Maintained an Agile project tracker in Zenhub, overseeing detailed work estimates, projected timelines, feature budgets, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to ensure project health, velocity, and transparency.
